Northern Territories Resources Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (“the Company”) presents a unique opportunity for strategic investors or industry participants to acquire a significant base metals operation in one of Australia’s most prospective mineral regions. Located 60 kilometres from Darwin in the Northern Territory and near the town of Batchelor, the project has outstanding access to infrastructure and a cost-effective pathway to market.

Following the appointment of voluntary administrators, Richard Tucker and Jared Palandri on 10 November 2025, the Administrators are now seeking Expressions of Interest for the recapitalisation and restructure of the Company or acquisition of its assets.     Located approximately 60 km south of Darwin in the highly mineralised Rum Jungle Mineral Field, the site comprises a large-scale lead sulphide resource enriched with cobalt, nickel, and zinc credits, alongside copper and uranium potential.The existing processing plant and associated infrastructure are currently in care and maintenance but remain in restart-ready condition, offering a streamlined pathway to production.
  • Extensive tenement holdingOver 45 granted exploration and mining tenements across the Rum Jungle district provide significant exploration upside. This region is historically recognised for its polymetallic mineralisation, positioning the Company for future resource growth and development opportunitiesBase metal resource and processing plant.
