  • Cummins Range Rare Earth Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: WA001
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

Navigator Resources Limited (“Navigator” or the “Company”) has appointed PCF Capital Group Pty Ltd as exclusive corporate adviser to seek expressions of interest in acquiring its Cummins Range Rare Earths Project (“the Project”), located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia.  The Project contains one granted exploration lease with annual rents of approximately $6,600, whilst the annual expenditure commitment is currently $70,000.

Accordingly an excellent opportunity to acquire rare earths, phosphate and uranium development potential now exists.

Key economic aspects of the Cummins Range project include:-

    i. the presence of high grade REO mineralisation (scope for direct shipping),
ii. good scope to increase the size of the resource with further drilling,
iii. potential for low-cost beneficiation due to the oxidized nature of the deposit,
iv. the amenability of the deposit to low-cost open pit mining,
    v. low thorium levels (30-40ppm) compared to most REO deposits (low radiation levels), and
vi. significant by-product uranium, phosphate, heavy rare earths and niobium.

Interested parties can receive a more comprehensive overview of the project by submitting an enquiry on line or registering their interest with PCF and executing the necessary Confidentiality Agreement and ancillary documentation in order to receive a copy of the Information Memorandum and Data Pack. Indicative bids are being sought by no later than 30th September 2010.

  • Albanian Gold (Pt,Cr) Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: ALB001
    Location: Albania
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

JAB Resources Limited ("JAB")  is seeking expressions of interest for parties to acquire its Albanian assets outright or alternatively to contact the vendor to discuss alternate corporate transactions.

JAB owns exploration permits in Albania, an under explored and emerging south eastern European country, prospective for gold, platinum and chromite. Gold mineralisation, hosted in a breccia, has recorded intercepts as follows: 7 metres at 9.5 g/t Au (below 59 metres); 8 metres at 7.2 g/t Au (below 26 metres); 6 metres at 10.4 g/t Au (below 48 metres) and 2 metres at 21.8 g/t Au  (below 41 metres). A total of 246 individual drill intersections average 3.4 g/t over intercepts of 1 metre.

In addition advanced exploration work for platinum and chromite mineralisation has been completed with significant discovery potential and development opportunity remaining for an incoming party. JAB has spent $4 million directly on these projects and presentations and technical summaries are available together with extensive due diligence material for interested parties upon execution of the NDA.

  • Hodgkinson Basin Project

    Project Type: Exploration
    Project ID: QLD001
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Gold

The Hodgkinson Basin Project hosts a combined mineral resource (JORC compliant) of approximately 536,000 ounces of gold across its tenement package, which includes the Palmer River and Hodgkinson Goldfields. The project is also prospective for antimony, tin and tungsten. Exploration opportunities exist across a land package of approximately 1,900km2, located 60-150km inland from Cairns in “Far North Queensland” (FNQ). The area offers an opportunity to take a major position in an area where little modern exploration has been carried out beyond shallow depths. Historical workings are prolific throughout the field, but rarely exceed 20m.

  • Isabel Nickel Deposit

    Location: Solomon Islands
    Commodity Type: Nickel

The Government of Solomon Islands has invited Interested Parties to tender (starts 08:00 UTC on the 5th day of July 2010) for a prospecting License to evaluate and develop the Isabel Nickel Deposit comprising Jejevo, Takata and San Jorge prospects on Isabel Province, Solomon Islands.

  • Burra Zinc Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: NSW2580
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

A 90% beneficial interest in the Burra Massive Zinc Sulphide Project (Burra Project) is available. The project has a number of ore-grade zinc sulphide drill intersections within an extensive and well-developed sulphide system. It is located 30km south of Queanbeyan within the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales.

The Burra Project area has potential for large volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits comparable to the large-scale massive sulphide deposit at Woodlawn (zinc-copper-silver-lead-gold), and smaller but related deposits at Captain’s Flat and Currawang. There is a 3-4km surface train of anomalous zinc in a sequence and setting analogous to Woodlawn in age and nature, drill intersections of good primary zinc sulphide located in the north of the area and titillating drill results in the south, in what can be interpreted as a strongly sulphidic system where drilling has consistently failed to reach fresh sulphides.

The Burra Project area is under-explored and under-drilled and warrants intensive exploration, including drill testing of both the known near-surface zinc sulphide mineralisation and untested deeper zinc sulphide potential and associated magnetic anomalies.

The Burra Massive Zinc Sulphide Project is offered for sale, however, alternative proposals will also be considered.

  • Herberton Exploration Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: QLD7884
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

The Herberton Exploration Project consists of a suite of advanced stage tin, copper, indium and silver and gold exploration targets and is now available for outright/partial sale, or farm-in / joint venture of the projects. The ground, which forms the heart of the historic Herberton Tin Field, is highly prospective for economic deposits of base metals and tin, and includes the Baal Gammon Cu/Sn/Ag/In deposit which is fully permitted. The property would suit a company seeking entry to an exploration field with walk up drill prospects and an extensive geological, geophysical and geochemical database.

The vendor’s primary interest is in forming a partnership with a compatible party and alternate arrangements such as outright or partial sale, or farm-in / joint venture of the Project will be considered. Adjacent to the Herberton Exploration Project, the current owner also holds the Baal Gammon Copper Project and will consider separate offers for the Herberton Exploration Project and the Baal Gammon Copper Project, or it may offer the projects as one package to a party with an interest in developing the identified JORC compliant copper resource at Baal Gammon, together with further exploration of the surrounding tenements. • Goondicum Industrial Minerals Project

    Project Type: Operating Mine
    Project ID: QLD3389
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Industrial Minerals

The Goondicum Industrial Minerals Project is located near Gladstone in Queensland, Australia and produces ilmenite, apatite, titanomagnetite and feldspar.

The Goondicum Project offers an incoming party the opportunity to re-commence production under a revised operating strategy. The Project has been subject to significant previous capital outlay which includes infrastructure and a 200 tph wet processing facility.

Goondicum is an advanced stage project with a long mine life and excellent additional discovery potential.

  • Baal Gammon Copper Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration

  • West Kambalda Nickel/Gold Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: WA6925
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

Breakaway Resources'  West Kambalda Project is strategically located within the Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia. Covering multiple prospective ultramafic belts, the project includes the historic Spargoville nickel mines (approximately 13,000 tonnes Ni metal produced to 1993) and the Spargos Reward Gold Mine (approximately 30,000 ozs produced).

Total resources of 7,658 tonnes Ni metal remain at the Project, including 2,900 tonnes grading 2% Ni down dip of the high grade 1A Nickel Deposit.

The West Kambalda Project offers excellent potential for the continued delineation of nickel and gold mineralisation within extensional positions at each of the existing deposits. The potential for the discovery of new mineralised positions also exists given that drilling away from the deposits is often of a broad and shallow nature.

  • Scotia Nickel/Gold Project

    Project Type: Advanced Exploration
    Project ID: WA8432
    Location: Australia
    Commodity Type: Multi-commodity

Breakaway Resources' Scotia Project is strategically located within the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. Covering approximately 40 strike kilometres of the highly prospective Scotia Ultramafic Belt, the project hosts the historic Scotia Nickel Mine (pre mine resource of 1.13Mt @ 3.07%Ni) and the advanced Saints nickel prospect (5,000t Ni metal in resources). As well as strong extensional potential at both locations, numerous quality bedrock nickel targets require follow up.

The Project also hosts significant gold mineralisation, including the Chameleon gold prospect where historical intercepts (i.e. 17m @ 4.32g/t Au) remain poorly tested at depth.
